What is Easy Mealz?
We are the best meal prep service in Toronto, focused on flavor, quality, and a great experience for anyone looking for more free time and proper nutrition.
You can start by taking our quiz, where we’ll calculate the ideal meal box for you based on your food goals and lifestyle.
How does each meal plan work?
We offer 3 plan options:
- Chef's Choice: Ideal for quick shopping. It includes the top 5 meals from that dietary plan, like our greatest hits. Perfect for anyone wanting to test Easy Mealz’s service and flavor. This plan does not allow customization, so it’s not suitable for people with food allergies.
- One Month Trial: Great for evaluating the Easy Mealz experience, with 4 weeks of meals to bring positive changes to your routine. You can adjust preferred proteins and swap meals in case of dietary restrictions. You’ll receive 5 meals per week with no option to change the quantity.
- Custom: This is our most recommended plan. It offers full freedom to choose proteins, number of meals per week, food restrictions, and exclude ingredients you don’t want. Perfect for those who already live the meal prep lifestyle or have strict nutritional needs.
How does the Easy Mealz menu work?
We have a weekly rotating menu, meaning every week brings new meals, no boredom here.
We plan everything on an 8-week menu cycle, so you’ll only get the same dish again two months later, giving your diet more variety.
Can I place two separate orders for different people?
At the moment, if you’re shopping for people with different food goals, you’ll need to place separate orders. You must finish Order 1 before starting Order 2. Since our quiz calculates based on personal goals, we need individual information to personalize each meal box.
How can I see meal ingredients?
Inside each meal page, just click the “i” icon to view all the details: ingredients, nutritional info, and any alerts for food restrictions.

What dietary restrictions does Easy Mealz accommodate?
We have options for those who are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free, Soy Free, and Spice Free.
Are your proteins Halal?
Most of our proteins (with the exception of Ground Turkey) are sourced from Halal-certified suppliers. However, please note that some menu items may contain alcohol in the cooking process. If you follow a strict Halal diet, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list of each meal or contacting us for specific guidance.
How does Easy Mealz delivery work?
Easy Mealz offers flexible delivery options to fit your schedule and keep your meals ultra-fresh. Depending on your meal plan, we deliver once or twice a week. If you choose split delivery, a minimum of 10 meals is required. All orders are packed in insulated thermal bags with ice packs, so your meals arrive just as fresh as when they left our kitchen.
Deliveries happen on Sundays and Wednesdays. For Sunday delivery, place your order by Friday 10am; for Wednesday delivery, order by Monday 10am. You’ll receive a text with your delivery window two days in advance (Friday for Sunday, Monday for Wednesday). Not going to be home? No worries, just reply to the SMS with a safe drop-off location and how long it’ll take you to collect it. You can update or adjust delivery instructions until 6pm, two days before your scheduled date. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I get free delivery?
Yes, orders over $180 receive free delivery in all Easy Mealz delivery zones.
How many people does one meal serve?
Each meal is portioned for one person, except for our family meals, which are designed to serve up to three people.
How do I heat my meals?
For a quick meal, we suggest microwaving for 2–3 minutes. For optimal flavour, we suggest reheating your meal in the oven for 10–15 minutes at a medium temperature (we recommend 350–375°F).
How do I apply a discount code?
At checkout, you’ll see a field to enter any discount code you may have.
If the coupon applies to more than one order, it will be automatically applied to your subscription billing.
Store credits can definitely be used toward subscription orders, but they aren’t applied automatically. To use them, you’ll need to reach out to our support team at info@easymealz.ca and request that your credits be applied to your next renewal.
Where can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in your account dashboard.
Access it at easymealz.ca/account/login by entering your password, or using the automatic login link sent to your email.
Your subscription renews automatically, ensuring you always receive your meals without interruption.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can also delete items from your subscription.
To modify, skip meals, pause, or cancel your subscription, simply log into your account dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
All Easy Mealz plans are subscription-based, and we make it easy to cancel or manage your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard: easymealz.ca/account/login.
There are no cancellation fees, unless it’s a delivery day, in that case, your meals have already been prepared.
If you cancel on a delivery day (Wednesday or Sunday), a 50% fee will be charged.
We recommend planning your cancellation ahead of time.
What is your refund policy?
We strive for your satisfaction with every meal.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
