How often does the menu change?
We have an eight-week rotating menu with over 100 options to choose from. We change our menu every Monday at 10 am.
How does subscription work?
Subscription is the hassle free option - select your 5 or 10 meals for your first order and your future orders will automatically renew with default options weekly.
Are your proteins Halal?
Most of our proteins (with the exception of Ground Turkey) are sourced from Halal-certified suppliers. However, please note that some menu items may contain alcohol in the cooking process. If you follow a strict Halal diet, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list of each meal or contacting us for specific guidance.
How do I store my meals?
Refrigerate your meals for up to 5 days for the best quality. You can freeze your meals for 4-6 weeks to store them for longer. Defrost and reheat.
How do I reheat my meals?
All Easy Mealz containers are both oven and microwave-safe without the plastic lid on. For a quick meal, we suggest microwaving for 2–3 minutes. For optimal flavour, we suggest reheating your meal in the oven for 10–15 minutes at a medium temperature (we recommend 350–375°F).
