All Easy Mealz containers are both oven and microwave-safe without the plastic lid on. For a quick meal, we suggest microwaving for 2–3 minutes. For optimal flavour, we suggest reheating your meal in the oven for 10–15 minutes at a medium temperature (we recommend 350–375°F).

Refrigerate your meals for up to 5 days for the best quality. You can freeze your meals for 4-6 weeks to store them for longer.
